Effective Monday, 11th May 2020, the offices of the Social Security Board (SSB) will return to standard operating hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The new hours are also in effect for the National Health Insurance Division and the SSB branch in Virgin Gorda.
Customer-facing services will remain closed to the public, in line with social distancing protocols. We therefore invite you to call or email the office to schedule a telephone appointment with a representative. Please see contact information below:

Customers are also asked to utilise the drop box at our office locations to submit forms and/or cheque payments. Forms can be downloaded online at www.vissb.vg and www.vinhi.vg.
Applications for Certificates of Good Standing and Certificates of Earnings are also being accepted via the drop box. Once forms are received, an SSB representative will follow up with applicants to further process requests.
